  • BPO's - e-AMC offers multiple Broker Price Opinion options to our clients.









  • Brokerages - The brokers we utilize for BPO's have demonstrated their expertise
    above and beyond the norm. All our Brokers have agreed to both our guidelines as well
    as Fannie/Freddie guidelines. We only use brokerages that specialize in the specific
    area of the REO / BPO, therefore affording our clients the best possible opinions.


























  • REO Listing Program - Both e-AMC and our affiliated Brokers all agree that it is
    important to invest in a great relationship. Our unique REO program allows has a
    double advantage over the others.           

First, if you decide to List the property with one of our affiliated brokerages, the listing    
broker will provide a Interior BPO at no charge. Why, we have decided that the Broker  
should back up his BPO with actions! If they state a property should sell in a specific  
time line for a specific price, then we expect them to back it up. We personally certify    
each Agent/Broker that list properties for our clients. This process insures our clients
are receiving the same services they would expect if selling their personal property.
           "No more property photos taken through the drivers windows!"

All REO's Listings receive the following:  

  • Complete Property and Market Analysis Incl: Pricing, ADOM, Est time to contract, Color Photos of
    property, exterior all sides and all interior rooms.
  • Interior BPO
  • All properties are marketed with a Virtual Tour and Property Fliers on-site
  • All Lender required Guidelines are attached to all listings and strictly adhered to.
  • Live/Recorded Property Videos available on all properties.
  • All properties are Listed and advertised on the MLS within 48 Hrs of receipt of Listing Agreement.

Second, We have negotiated a reduced Brokerage commission structure for our REO
clients. We understand the cost involved with REO's as well as the need to save every
penny possible in the process. We also know that when accurate data is received via
an established relationship between both e-AMC, our Lenders and our Brokers, REO's
tend to sell faster and with less work than standard properties. Therefore, our clients
should realize the savings as well. Remember, even though your saving on
commissions, the above shows that you are not trading reduced Brokerage
commissions for reduced services.

Last, due to request from our clients, we now offer Live/Recorded Video property
inspections. Whether you utilize this for a QC review, send to your management
company for cost analysis, litigation, or record keeping, this has been a very popular
tool for our clients. One of the most unique features is our clients have the ability to
view this live while the Agent/Broker is on site and interact if needed. This video is also
archived for use at a later date if desired.
